This month, we want to spotlight the Pearl Cottage from American Colonial Homes in New Jersey. John and Chris Costanza are building some pretty amazing homes along the Jersey Shore. To help their buyers understand all the details they are including, they asked us to build a virtual tour for the Pearl. John was so happy with this tour that he requested one for each plan in the future.
We have been creating virtual tours for several years and it is always fantastic to receive positive feedback about the quality including the level of details, realism, scope of the tour, and features that engage and educate the buyers. (And not to toot our own horn, but Jessica does provide fantastic customer service. Just ask any of our clients!) In this tour, we want to highlight the following features:
1. Live Pano
With Live Pano, the look and feel can be very dynamic. Standing outside the house, you can experience the streetscape scene gradually shifting from day to dusk.
2. Multiple Interior Schemes for the Kitchen
3. Music and Audio Effects
To complement the visual experience, we have paired it with some great audio. To experience this, you will have to enter the tour (see below) to hear the sound of the ocean and the seagulls. Stepping inside the house will bring you some heart warming music also.
