In 2016, Shari Morton contributed to nearly 47 percent of her builder’s annual sales, totaling over $35 million in revenue. Leveraging technology to her advantage, in 2016 she converted 21 percent of leads to appointment, and of those appointments, nearly 34 percent went to contract. At the time that was 10% over the industry standard! As a result of this work, Shari Morton received the Gold Award for Online Sales Counselor of the Year in 2017. Passionate about achieving the perfect home buying experience, Shari Morton co-founded Shared Drive in 2020. Shared Drive offers turnkey Online Sales and Marketing services to home builders across the country. Within just one year, Shared Drive helped builders across multiple states by spearheading cutting-edge solutions to keep up with online buyer’s demands. Shared Drive is also redefining the way we think of the Online Sales Position by taking this role to the next level.

Lindsay Haltom

Lindsay Haltom’s career success has been driven by her curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving talents. As Director of Marketing for the fastest-growing home builder in Oklahoma, she has cultivated a powerful team of like-minded professionals. In 2020, she was awarded the National Association of Home Builders’ prestigious Young Professionals Award (Forty under 40), happily joining many of her colleagues she’s studied and admired in the building industry. When she joined Homes by Taber in 2015, Lindsay was a one-person marketing department. She guided the development of the company’s website and built the digital marketing program from scratch. Shortly after, Lindsay initiated the Online Sales Program for Homes by Taber, recruiting and training the first team member and implementing the CRM program. Today, the company’s Online Sales Counselors account for over half of the company’s sales. The Marketing team has also grown, with Lindsay supervising a team of busy and equally motivated professionals. In her 18-year (so far) career as a marketing professional, Lindsay has proven herself to be a strong leader, an innovator, and a person who embraces growth and learning opportunities, for herself and the people around her. Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas Permian Basin. She knew during her first marketing course she had discovered her passion and profession.

As a 40 under 40 honoree by ProBuilder, sales and marketing technology expert, Tyler Stouder is widely emerging as a go-to source on customer engagement, marketing technology, and CRM for new home construction. With a marketing agency background, Tyler is most passionate about the new home construction industry, as sales and marketing strategies are designed to help individuals and families transform their lives through homeownership. Tyler currently, is leading the Marketing Technology & Customer Experience group for BIMaire and Clayton Properties Group as well as an advisor for HomeBuilderOps. When not trying to solve a problem with automation, Tyler can be found camping and hiking or enjoying family movie night with his wife Lindsay, their two kids, and their golden retriever, George Jones.
