We are a rare builder mostly doing one-of-a-kind Lake Homes which rarely allow for stock or slightly modified stock plans. We build what customers want, not what we want to build. Most times they will come to us with a picture and 3 or 4-floor plans that we combine with them to fit their specific lot size, setback requirements, zoning requirement, terrain, neighbors, the view to the water and their needs wants and budget. Any thoughts on how to do this?
