Founded as Rendering House in 2001, we've created hundreds of thousands of renderings and virtual tours for thousands of builders, architects, developers and agencies. In last two years, we've serviced about 900 clients.
We're a full-service rendering company that can provide all of your new construction visualization needs from renderings to virtual tours to interactive design.
We have over fifty full-time employees and about dozen subcontractors. The employees are evenly split between graphic artists, computer modelers and software developers.
We do all of the visualizations in-house to ensure quality and turnaround times. In peak times, we may outsource some computer modeling of homes to meet deadlines. But all of the rendering and finishing is done by our employees.
We service national builders like Pulte, DR Horton, Lennar, NVR, David Weekly and Toll Brothers as well as Regional, Modular, Semi-Custom and Custom Builders. We also service Community and Build-on-Your-Lot builders. No builder is too large or small.
Yes. Our decades of experience, large workforce and proprietary rendering technology enables us to create high volume, high quality visualizations with quick turnarounds. We are uniquely equipped for both large volume orders and small custom jobs.
Exterior Elevations
Yes. We offer Watercolor/Photoreal, and Daytime/Dusk styles for both detached and attached homes.
Yes. Static renderings are not customizable and only shown in one generic color scheme. With interactive color design, shoppers can color design, price, visualize their homes online.
Our Color Design App enables shoppers to instantly render a house in different color schemes online. Many large rendering companies have hundreds of graphic artists that manually color render each elevation. This is a costly and time-consuming process that does not easily scale or provide quick turnarounds - especially for revisions. Instead of graphic artists, we utilize a cloud rendering engine so thousands of shoppers can instantly color design their homes on their desktops or smartphones 24/7 online. They can also return and edit their color designs from their personal shopping cart of favorite designs.
No. We do not charge hosting fees for static renderings. However, there is a $100/month hosting fee for your company-branded app that includes interactive: exterior color design, floorplans and siteplans. This covers the storage costs for the unlimited custom color renderings created by each shopper.
Most renderers charge extra for each static rendering of a house in a different color scheme. Plus, every color change costs extra and takes days to create. With our color tool you can instantly create and download unlimited color renderings of a house for FREE. The only extra charge is $5 per brick, stone or tiled-roof option. Shoppers can also interactively color design their custom homes online or in the Sales Center.
Most renderers' static renderings do not enable shoppers to interactively design their homes with different stones, bricks, tile roofing and grout/mortar colors online. Our color design tool offers this for only $5 per material. Shoppers can even price different color scheme designs online.
Most renderings are images that must be downloaded and updated in different formats across different channels. You must repeat this process with every revision. For no extra cost, our renderings are immediately available and updated across all channels in our cloud-synced digital ecosystem.
Static renderings are generic renditions of your homes. With your own company My Home App, shoppers can save, compare, share and even collaboratively color design their own custom home online in their personal shopping carts.
Our Color Design App includes a backend Dashboard for designers to visually color design each home from the color libraries of most major suppliers in North America. They can then assign specific color palettes and schemes for each Plan and Community. They can also download unlimited thumbnail or full-resolution images and immediately publish the interactive renderings across our apps ecosystem for FREE.
Yes. There's 20% surcharge for PDFs.
Once we prototype your first elevation, we can create about 50 elevations per week - depending on our order backlog. We can handle much more volume and take rush orders if needed.
Yes. Our APIs and webhooks enable our color design app to integrate with ERPs, CRMs and websites.
App recommends any Quick Move-in or Inventory Homes of a Plan that is selected for design builds. It also shows alternate elevations of the selected elevation and other communities that offer the same plan.
Yes. Most static renderings are "dumb" because no data is associated with these generic renderings. Our renderings are "smart" in that they are data-driven and dynamically-generated as online shoppers interactively color design their homes. Their unique designs are immediately translated into data specifications for shopping analytics and purchasing online.
Floorplans
Yes. We create 2D/3D, B&W/Color, and Unfurnished/Furnished floorplans.
Yes. Interactive Floorplans enable shoppers to interactively design the floorplan options online. Static Floorplans do not.
No. Unlike most renderers, we do not charge extra for interactive floorplans.
Yes, we can do either for both static and interactive floorplans.
Yes. There's 20% surcharge for PDFs.
Yes. Our My Home App correlates floorplans with associated elevations and specific community lots and generates a complete My Home brochure accordingly.
Yes and they automatically flip the corresponding elevations to match.
Mutually-exclusive Options (options that cannot co-exist are toggled on and off). Options-on-Options (selected options open-up other options for selection). Adaptable Options (selected options automatically activate complementary/associated options).

No. Unlike most renderers, we do not charge extra for interactive site plans.
