Our responsive-design apps can be embedded into websites, and social and email marketing campaigns. When shoppers register, they are provided their own unique MyHome web page. Unlike traditional websites, their MyHome web apps contain personalized content that is savable, editable, comparable and shareable. With no set navigation paths, shoppers freely go where they want.

Find Features
Home Page
Your web app starts by zooming to a full-extent map view of all of your communities. From there, each shopper experiences a personalized and unique shopping journey. As they select different items, unique content is auto-generated and brought to them.
Community Page
This page appears as a pop-up window when the "i" button is clicked on a Community Card. It provides a quick Community overview starting with broad interests down to specific features as you scroll. Throughout, there are call-to-actions to Select a Plan or Homesite.
Plan Gallery
This Plan Gallery displays all of the elevations available for all of the Communities that you are searching. Learn more about each Plan, view photos, take tours, add Favorites and select the one you want to design.
Community Siteplans, Infill/Scattered Lots
These interactive maps enable shoppers to find and learn about desired homesites and identify available plans for their interested homesites, schedule inventory home tours and even reserve lots.
Design Features
Exterior Colors
Color design homes by color schemes, color palettes by material, or a hybrid of the two. Inventory Homes can be quickly rendered with specified color schemes. We have the color, brick and stone libraries for most vendors in North America.
Floorplan Options
Design floorplan options online. Floorplans can be flipped. Pricing, monthly payments and square footages auto-update as you design. AI enables mutually-exclusive options, options-on-options and adaptable options functionality.
Homesite Selection
Click on a homesite to view lot status, premiums, acreage and which plans can be built on them. Start from the siteplan to select desired homesite and then select a plan. Or start from a plan to see which lots are available for that plan.
Interiors
Custom design a room's finishes, fixtures, flooring and furnishings. Design from design packages, a la carte, or a hybrid. Also design and compare across different architectural versions of a room, or simultaneously across multiple rooms.
Experience Features
Photo Galleries
Community and Home photos showcase your features and lifestyle. They can appear as a mosaic with an hero image or as pop-ups from hotspots. Simply drag-and-drop images into your dashboard.
Points of Interests
Our Points of Interests Map overlays a custom "radar" radius around your community. Select from different points of interests or type in a specific address or description to view their locations.
Virtual Tours-Video
Embed youtube or vimeo video links to showcase your existing homes. For unbuilt communities and homes, use our virtual tour videos to presale your plans.
Virtual Tours-Self-guided
Embed Matterport links to let shoppers tour your inventory homes. For your unbuilt communities and homes, use our 360 virtual tours to let them freely explore and experience them.
Buy Features
Price/Mortgage Calculator
Input your personal financing terms, then the prices and monthly payments auto-update as you custom design your home. Compare designs and costs of different homes in your Favorites shopping cart.
Shopping Cart
Save, compare, share and update your custom designed favorite homes in your Favorites shopping cart. Add to your cart by liking homes or designing them. Collaboratively design with others online.
Reserve Homesite
Click on a lot to reserve a homesite with a credit card deposit and Docusign contract offer. Builder gets instant notification and can immediately accept online reservation. Lot status auto-updates to "Reserved".
Home Purchase
Custom design and price your home. Then, hit "Buy Now" to place credit card deposit and Docusign offer. Builder gets instant notification and can accept online offer. Lot status auto-updates to "Reserved".
